Simplicity is the ultimate Sophistication

I recently purchased a new construction condo in Montreal and chose Lipari Design to transform the unit into a beautiful living space. The project required both the addition of structural pieces such as a custom kitchen island and a built in media center, as well as a complete decoration of the entire unit. Vanessa and her team exceeded all my expectations. The design creativity, the attention to detail, the quality of materials and craftsmanship were quite simply outstanding. In addition, Vanessa and her team were very professional and easy to work with. They listened and were flexible which resulted in a very collaborative effort. It was a positive and enjoyable experience and I could not be happier.

I chose to work with Vanessa because I wanted my 1930 Tudor home to be refreshed by her elegant and refined taste. What I appreciate so much about working with Vanessa was her ability to translate what I wanted into a vision for my space which is that tasteful simplicity sometimes so challenging to achieve. She accompanied me from conception to completion, planting creative ideas for me to consider. She envisioned what I could not yet see, working with the character of my home, applying her artistry. What was most important to me was that Vanessa was able to meet me where I was, and brought me to what was possible, accompanying me on this very creative and transformative journey.

Nous avons fait appel à l’équipe Lipari Design pour la réalisation de notre projet. Nous avons acheté un condo neuf et nous souhaitions changer nos meubles. Vanessa a su nous orienter vers les bons choix au niveau de la peinture, les choix de matériaux pour la finition de la construction ainsi que les meubles. Le tout dans un agencement parfait, et en plein dans nos goûts. Nous avons été très satisfaits des conseils de l’équipe. Résultat après un an lorsqu’on entre dans notre condo "c’est beau chez nous".

We met Vanessa during our purchase of a condo at AquaBlu in Laval. She guided us through the entire preconstruction process, helping us redesign our new condo. Later she and her team helped us with the design of our closets, pantry and interior layout. We much enjoyed working with her. Her professionalism made the entire process quite easy and enjoyable.
